Processing PVC through extrusion technology is what you will do in this job position.You will be part of a multifunctional production team and your work will take place in a three-shift system. 

On a daily basis your day look like beneath: 

• Kickoff.
• Packaging; visual inspection; foiling; completing parcel slips and driving a forklift;
• Troubleshooting raw material installation; extruders; cooling baths and trumpet table.
• Cleaning the saws and replacing and dispose of the disposal bags.
• Refill of the trump table rings and check if the extruder cilinder is running vacuum.
• Start-up and stopping of the extruders.
• Changing the color of the tube due to a recipe change. (extruder hopper)
• Check Hitachi inkjet printers for various lamps, orange/red.
• Check barcode sticker printers.
• All common conversion work.
• Evaluation and shift transfer.

• Preferably technical educated;
• Preferably experience in driving a forklift;
• Handy tinkerer;
• Mechanical knowledge;
• Able to work independent;

• You are working in a solution-oriented manner.

Good work should be rewarded well. In this job the following conditions apply: 

• A salary between € 2.800,- and € 3.400,- gross per month (€ 350,- netto (with less experience, full cost house and health insurance) and € 600,- netto (full experience, own accomodation and health insurance)). 
• Housing (if needed) with one person per room. 
• 25 free days on yearly basis. 
• 8.33% holiday allowance of your gross salary (yearly paid in May / June).
