- Project Execution: As a foreman, your responsibility is to execute projects within the allocated budgeted hours. Ensuring timely availability of materials is crucial for successful project completion.
- Client Interaction: You’ll attend construction meetings with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and resource for both clients and third parties.
- Communication: Maintain close communication with suppliers, the planning and engineering department, and the project manager. This ensures smooth project execution and addresses any project-related matters.

For the function of Electrical Foreman Maritime, you need:- A vocational MBO4 or bachelor work and thinking level;
- Two years of relevant working experience;
- Familiarity with electrical marine work;
- Knowledge of elektrical technical drawings;
- Fluency with speaking and writing in English;
- VCA-Vol certification, or willingness to obtain it;
- Driving licence (Valid within the European Union).
