Only available when you have your own house in the Netherlands and can travel to this location independently.

Are you interested in working as a full time Packing Employee Daytime and available for at least 32 hours per week? If so, read on!

As a Packing employee your workday starts at 07:30 or 08:45 and ends at 16:00. To keep the work varied, you will work in blocks of one hour, one hour and 15 minutes, or one and a half hours. During each block, you will perform different tasks. These may include:

• Filling bags with synthetic resin
• Checking the correct quantities
• Sealing the bags mechanically
• Packing the bags into boxes

You will work in a new factory with clean, neat, and modern workspaces and equipment. Throughout the day, you will alternate between sitting and standing tasks to keep you active.

Over de werkgever

You will working as a team member with a team of around 30 Dutch and English speaking colleagues. You will report to the production manager and always work in teams on a line.

Ervaring

• Able to stand and walk for longer periods
• Experience in a production or packing environment for more than 1,5 year at the same company
• Your house is within 15 kilometers of Geldermalsen
• Speaking Dutch is a plus, but good English and Polish speaking is also okay

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

As a Packing Employee Daytime, you will receive the following:

• Production employee: €15.50 gross per hour, that is €2687 gross per month based on 40 hours
• Upon hiring by the client, you will receive a permanent contract and a 2% salary increase. After 2 years of service, you will receive a 2.25% salary increase.
• 25 vacation days per year
• 4 extra paid ATV days
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel allowance of 23 cents per km, even if you cycle to work
• Free lunch and fresh fruit during your breaks
• 15 minutes of exercise every day under the guidance of an experienced coach to stay fit at work
• Half an hour of your total break time is paid daily instead of the entire break being unpaid as usual
