Ervaring
To start working as a full time Operator Bakery, you need to have the following:
- Experience as a machine operator bakery.
- Own accomodation in the Netherlands in the area of the bakery.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. As a Operator Bakery, you can expect:
- A salary between € 2.500,- and € 2.800,- gross per month (based on a fulltime workweek).
- This is min. €400,- a week and max. €600,- net a week
- Holiday allowance of 8.33% of your gross salary.
- 25 vacation days per year, with the option to purchase additional days.
